> **Avantages**: I like HubSpot Sales Hub for its detailed features when it comes to dividing up contacts and seeing the activities done in each and every contact and company. This makes it valuable as I can see and organize all the contacts we have.

> **Inconvénients**: It needs  a feature where you don't have to click on each individual contact to get to the next one. You shouldn't have to go backwards. If there could be a next contact button, it would make going to the next company or the next employee in the list more seamless. It would make it easier to reach out to multiple ones, reducing the time and making it more efficient.

> Its a great tool for what we need it for but it has a lot of areas of improvement. Easier to flip from one contact card to another would be a good start
