It also has loads of templates which can be quite useful. > > **Inconvénients**: I didn't really appreciate how you have to pay for almost everything from ai voice overs to the good templates. > > It is a good and easy to use app though it is mostly all pay to use, unless you use the basic stuff which isn't the best. ----- ### "An innovative online video editing tool for ambitious Digital Marketers" — 5.0/5 > **Bruno** | *15 août 2026* | Automobile | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I had the opportunity to use this software as a Marketing Executive Intern for Hackett \& Hackett International Group Limited. Thus, I can say that it has numerous advantages, such as its ease of use, since even beginners can create professional animations easily. In addition, I can also note several other benefits. Firstly, this program has an extensive database of templates for presentations, marketing materials, videos, training, or other materials. Secondly, it can also help make engaging slides with animation, characters, transitions, and motion graphics. > > **Inconvénients**: On the other hand, I can note some significant disadvantages and limitations of the program. Firstly, the program is not cheap, and you need to have budgetary funds for the purchase. Secondly, there are few customisation options and a steep learning curve. Moreover, the program is entirely web-based, so you have to have a stable internet connection when working with it. Finally, there are software limitations, so to use advanced export options, you must have the most expensive subscription. > > Overall, I had a positive experience using this software. It is a wonderful tool that helped us create animations for our media resources, including social media accounts and marketing materials. Therefore, I will definitely recommend this program to other Digital Marketers who want to take their careers to the next level. ----- ### "Powtoon an awesome tool for anyone in L\&D" — 5.0/5 > **Heidi** | *15 mai 2026* | Hôpitaux et soins de santé | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Powtoon is a great for creating educational video explainers that can be used across diverse learners. I love the templates, and easy to use functionality, and now with all the AI tools coming on board it is helping decrease time in development and improve the quality of my videos. > > **Inconvénients**: There is nothing that I don't like. Powtoon has all the features I was looking for. The only thing I would offer in terms of feedback, is keep improving your offer and adding to your templates. Using great templates helps users to learn and have the confidence to create their own. It also inly has basic audio editing and I would loveto see a separate audio editor dashboard. > > My overall experience with Powtoon has been excellent m. It was great to have a 15 min intro with a product developer, who gave me lots of tips. Customer support is available of required. There are also great demo videos on the features. I am having alot of fun with Powtoon and have created several short video explainers and have had good initial feedback from managers and learners on the videos created to date. By paying for a subscription you have alot more options and it represents value for money, if you are not an expert in video creation. ----- ### "BEWARE Before Giving Powtoons Your Credit Card" — 1.0/5 > **Johnny** | *10 septembre 2026* | E-learning | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: None. You can do everything they offer in multiple platforms that are free or much cheaper. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company. > > **Inconvénients**: BEWARE. We canceled our subscription and Powtoons charged our card anyway. I called them the SAME DAY the charge hit and asked for a refund. They refused, even though they advertise a 14-day refund policy. Once they had our money, customer service had no interest in making it right. I would think twice before giving this company your credit card information. > > Buyer beware. We canceled our subscription, Powtoon charged us anyway, and when I called the very day the charge appeared, they refused to refund it. What really got me was the advertised 14-day refund policy. Apparently that didn't matter when we actually asked for a refund. There are plenty of companies competing for your business. I would choose one that makes it as easy to leave as it is to sign up. Based on our experience, I would NEVER give Powtoons my credit card information again. ----- ### "Powtoon Review" — 5.0/5 > **Patti** | *21 avril 2026* | Construction | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I like all the new features. It is still the easiest video editor I have found\! Their customer support is at the gold level, and it is a fabulous value for the money\! > > **Inconvénients**: I wish we could upload a pdf and have it make a video\! The adkar lab throws in too much AI. It is all editable so it isn't hat big of a deal\! > > 5 star, excellent experience. I have used the product for many years and am just now returning to using it regularly and love it\! | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | ja | | | ko | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pl | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | | sv | | | tr | | ----- ## Données structurées
