As someone in charge of media management for a small production company, something that was easy to use and intuitive was incredibly important, but equally, we needed a tool that didn't sacrifice video quality or the experience of our client interacting with our website or custom reel. Simian has always been a step up from previous web-based video experiences I'd had, but I think what makes them special is their ever-evolving mentality. They continually are looking for ways to improve the Simian experience and strike the perfect balance of asking what the customer needs as well as innovating new features the customer didn't even know they wanted. They have always been amazing with customer service. If something isn't working quite right or if something maybe could be tweaked, they listen, often have the problem fixed before you know it, and if something's a good idea, you might just find it in the next update. Overall, these guys are top notch. I'm excited to see what they have up their sleeves and would highly recommend them to anyone in the media space. ----- ### "Media archiving and distribution made EASY." — 5.0/5 > **B.** | *9 février 2016* > > Pro: Lots of storage space for thousands of videos and documents; easy to distribute and track where (and to whom) you're sending those pieces of content; gives you the ability to adjust media on the fly from anywhere. Con: If someone is not interested in seeing your content, you get INSTANT feedback from Simian that tells you how much or how little they saw before losing interest. So it's a double-edged sword, but very useful if you want to better target your end users. Experience using Simian: Unleashed us from our desks and allowed us to manage media distribution from anywhere on the planet, easily. We went from having to race back to the office to adjust content distribution when our clients asked, to being able to push a few buttons on a smartphone app while out living our lives. Also, absolutely no service downtime, and excellent customer service. We suspect the owners of the company sleep next to the customer service hotline, as they always seem to help (on the rare occasions we need help) at the drop of a hat.
