The beauty of it is that, even if your communications are intercepted somehow, they are heavily encrypted so they just can't be read.- Servers are hosted in Europe: That means Mailfence abides by the GDPR, the world's most advanced legislation on data protection. If any government agency wants your Mailfence data, it has to be via a valid court order (it's not like that at all in the US and many other countries\!)- They are super honest and open: They are crystal-clear on what the service can do, and what it can't do. They are against the "fine print" policy that so many Big Tech firms are so fond of.- They go the extra mile to simplify the very complex and techical terminology of email security, so that the layman (such as myself) can clearly understand the pros and cons of using the service, and what it does and doesn't do. > > **Inconvénients**: Not really a lot to dislike, to be honest\!
