But worth every penny... > > **Inconvénients**: For organisations with a small marketing team the templating/WYSIWYG email creation tools are quite limited, and the old JSON file support is frustrating and needlessly complicated. The integration with email was never fully completed and in the end the price outstripped any benefit to the business.
