> **Avantages**: For our application where volunteers can nominate what days they will work, Xoyondo is a great piece of software.The latest improvement where the poll header column (with suggested dates and times) is now always visible makes it so much easier to use.

> **Inconvénients**: There is nothing I dislike, but I\`d still like to see a means for participants to be able to upload photos and add descriptions, that other participants could download.

> A great piece of software,and it has enabled the Officer of the Day(OOD) to know in advance who will be volunteering, and if numbers are low, make alternative arrangements or contact off duty  volunteers to assist on that particular day.
