> **Avantages**: Part of the business model is making money from unauthorized transactions.

> **Inconvénients**: I canceled my account a month ago, but my credit card was charged again. I requested a refund, which was denied. Relying on unauthorized charges is a poor business practice. If you cannot handle cancellations online and promptly, then avoid issuing credit cards and stop auto-renewals. 
When you see there is tons of negative review here and there, you should fix your system.
I expect a full refund, as my account shows that I haven’t accessed it in the past 30 days; I'm not using your service. I only tried it for a few days before canceling my account.
