> **Avantages**: ease of use for adminstration and office personal
> 
> **Inconvénients**: we can not see invoices without clicking on them which waste time, when searching for a invoice need a feature to put cursor over invoice and see tech notes...also with multiple work orders we can not make a new invoice and assign it to original tech.  each work order has to be on its own invoice so when we break the techs notes down to do a invoice it has to go to a POL and not to the tech so they do not get credit for the call

> The pros are there are easy access training videos to guide you through the use of the software.  There is also live assistance if you need help setting up you company and making corrections without extra costs.  Also the software is improving very rapadily and we the users have input on the upcomming upgrades.   a lot of the cons are being address in this latest update coming out on the 25th of May, so I would have to get familiar with it before I comment on the cons.

> Been using it for about 8 years. \[sensitive content hidden\] has been my point of contact and she is absolutely wonderful on her knowledge with the P3 product as well as getting it integrated with QBooks online
