It streamlines our pick ups and deliveries. It is reliable route planning and makes the coordination much easier at handling numerous daily stops. > > **Inconvénients**: Address errors can occur if addresses aren't formatted perfectly. Not often. Sometimes overlapped routes. THis is being fixed with the New Routific though. > > It has significantly improved our route efficiency, saving us time and fuel consts that really matter on a nonprofit budget. The extra savings goes to purchase food for client hampers. The customer profiles is a much needed asset to route optimization and time. We often get last moment additions and having the customer profiles ready and available at the drop of a hat improves efficiency, saving a lot of time from not having to enter all the data over and over again. We deal with over 100 stops daily and can have little or up to 5 additional stops to add in a day.
