We are able to provide phone access to multiple staff members and volunteers through their system, and their customer service team is always very responsive when we have issues. We send a weekly text message to the church to check-in and ask how we can pray for them. Our other ministries from Abortion recovery to students, groups, or family ministry use it to connect with different individuals and because of the price we have purchased 3 different phone numbers and we don't have to worry about private information getting into the wrong hands. At one point we went over our messages and their team worked with us to bless our church and blessed us with a few more messages for free. > > **Inconvénients**: It not about Text in Church but with people. We are so skeptical of different things and I personally don't like giving out all of my information. So getting guest to fill out forms, or our food pantry is almost impossible.
