> **Avantages**: Of the most relevant aspects of IDM365 I can highlight the simplicity with which we can enable or disable users either because they enter the company and it is required to assign roles and permissions to their applications or otherwise temporarily or permanently suspend your user for vacation or termination of employment contract, this process in a matter of minutes is done successfully optimizing the processes that formerly were performed for such cases;  Similar situation was had when the users' passwords expired because it required a wasteful process between departments and almost always the orders were solved after several hours but with the use of IDM365 and thanks to the self-management it is possible to renew the passwords in minutes allowing to continue the work to the employees who required such change, all this from the interface which is very simple and easy to use.

> **Inconvénients**: Taking into account the processes and the way they were carried out in the past and the way they are currently executed, I can consider that IDM365 efficiently optimized these processes, thanks to which the service level agreement increased with the achievement of management and responses to the daily requirements of the IT Group.
