We have found that the software can occasionally become slow, freeze, or crash when several tabs are being used simultaneously, particularly during busy periods when users are switching between jobs, quotations, and production information. While these issues are not frequent enough to significantly impact day-to-day operations, they can be frustrating and may result in lost time if work needs to be repeated.
