As a not-for-profit which uses a Cost Centre structure with numerous Funds, I have to say that all of my needs have been met. > > **Inconvénients**: While not everything is easy to comprehend, I have found that staff at True Sky have been able to either lead me through these matters and/or make the fixes behind the scenes in short order. No 'down time' is important for businesses and, in fact, it hasn't ever complicated my work. > > When I arrived at ACT, I knew about the product, but didn't have any experience using it. In the early stages, I had our consultant do some redesign on several reports and learned simple 'tips and tricks' to be able to do some of these myself. After one budget cycle, all that was really left to do was 'fine tuning' and now things run VERY smoothly. Nearly everyone is familiar with Excel, so end-users have very little trouble learning how to use the system. Also, the solution is very customized to our company's business and budgeting process. > > **Inconvénients**: There can be a fair number of clicks to get a template/report to generate depending on the number of filters. The True Sky team showed us ways to reduce the clicks which helped. Learning to design our own reports is a little hard at first, but True Sky is patient and always there to help if we run into difficulty. > > We are very happy with the True Sky product.
