Some features I miss compared to other platforms are repeatable segments and common lists. It was extremely easy to pull and review documents for things like audits or to send to customers. > > **Inconvénients**: The features and abilities were limited. For example while there were sections where workers could upload certificates but no ability to track outstanding certificate renewals and training matrix requirements, site analytics were not helpful in gaining insights or tracking requirements. Tracking and completing tasks created by sitedocs forms was not easy and was not able to work for us in tracking deficiency reports on equipment. > > Site docs was an adequate platform, they were about mid on value for cost (some are better some are worse), and while I prefer another platform I can see some people finding it to be ideal. Specifically if the user(s) administrating it have a low technical ability on computers or only want the simple features that it offers (no "if" functions or calculations, limited specific notifications or task assignments).
