Used them for 5 years and they refused to refund the remaining 9 months of my payment for a service I have not used since Aug 1. Only canceled due to switching social media management companies \& they use their own internal systems. Do not recommend. > > Good over the past 5 years overall until we tried to use their 'cancel anytime' feature. Service was pretty basic.
