> **Inconvénients**: Soon after I integrated most of my marketing stack over to Yotpo, they started sunsetting things. First, it was subscriptions, then email/SMS. I started using Yotpo because it was an all-in-one, and this ended up forcing me to leave to find a better solution for all of the above.
