> **Avantages**: I love that this software is EAY to use, EASY to look at (great UX) straight forward invoicing, expense, estimate, reporting tool(s). ALL the tools I need for my photography and graphics business, without distractions and bloated costs. It's been the perfect solution\! The software is kept up-to-date, no bloated costs attached to updates and the software just gets better and better (also excellent and prompt support\!).

> **Inconvénients**: Nothing, it's been a perfect solution. Any tiny bugs (if any) are squashed immediately through support.

> Easy and efficient invoicing. Love the template features for both email templates + invoice, estimates, PDF templates. I love that I can run this from a mac app and do not have to log into a website to use it (and also from my phone).

> **Avantages**: I would say it was fast to setup, but that's not true as it kept not saving the settings correctly so then wasted a huge amount of time over and over again due to all the bugs.

> **Inconvénients**: Sadly the system has so many bugs, issues and problems, the cross platform system does NOT work correctly and even the online version has bugs / issues also so you cannot even correctly modify an invoice template / layout and have it save correctly to be used as your default for sending out future invoices.  Until they get these critical bugs sorted out their system is un-usable sadly.
