The tool has been adapted to our specifications, after a very intense partnership and many meetings, The flexibility of the solution combined with a very reactive staff help us in our daily work. We have worked to offer a powerfull B2B to our customers and have added some specifics matters. Exemple : agents from my team and me would like 1/to be able to reverse the complete itinerary just with one button 2/have not to refresh the quote before we duplicate it 3/ too much refresh...takes time...we sometimes have to refresh even before we finish the quote, we should be able to decide when to refresh 4/ still some issue with resort fees I know that on our side we still have some work to do also regarding bookings and vouchers. we wish that when we book it doesn't do one res per hotel. It's easier for us and for the supplier as Rocky to have all res on the same reservation number for the same client. It costs everything to our own set mark-ups and exchange rates, but it is simple to modify individual elements. > > **Inconvénients**: Adding additional services that are not available through the XML is a bit time consuming and as a UK based operator using an Italian designed system, some of the language translations are not ideal, but these are only internal, not on the client documentation, and they can be fixed. > > Although initially it was quite a learning curve and we had some teething problems, the system is very good overall and the support is excellent. Goal , create easily a new itinerary, fast, catching our prices in real time and giving us the possibility to change quickly the quote in case of date change, routing change... We needed the platform in french and english. So they have done it. We have now a working solution to manage our quotes, to book all services with one click and generating our vouchers for the different services. They have a great customer support modifying continuously the platform in order to accommodate our requests of improvements to fit our special business needs. Our itineraries vary from a week till 60 days of travel. Great team and easy to work with :) they are listening to their customers.
