Easy way to get customer referrals
Commentaires : Having the widget on our website has helped customers reap referral benefits from us and we also get the benefits of new customer sales. It's a win-win and I think overall it's a great platform. It's not the coolest and most functional dashboard, but it does help and provide some good analytical feedback.
Avantages :
I really like that you can see the facebook feed of what people are saying when they share the referral link. It's great to know people are excited to share and reap the benefits of our referral program. It's easy to use and having the widget on our website makes a lot of sense. Our customers benefit and we benefit. Why wouldn't we love this?
Inconvénients :
Our team has not had any real issues with the program. We do not utilize the email widget which we plan to use and hope that it isn't too difficult. I think the overall dashboard could look better and provide more support to help us push more referrals out.
Friendbuy provides an easy tool to reward customers and spread our products to others.
Avantages :
We love that it's easy for our customers to use whether they are very technical or not. We have used other programs in the past but Friendbuy performs better overall.
Inconvénients :
If a customer loses an email, it could be a little easier to resend it to them or look up their details from the backend.
Encourage Referrals For Your Brand!
Avantages :
It's an easy way to incentivize and encourage customers to spread the word and refer your brand. And easy to use on the customer's end also, for both those referring your brand and those receiving the referral. Activity is tracked automatically, but rewards are given manually.
Inconvénients :
The level of customization available is fairly low, which made it difficult to add FriendBuy to our website in a seamless and on-brand way. Pricing is on the expensive side compared to some of its competitors. We did experience select customers sharing their referral links virally on places like Reddit - not a bad thing, but be prepared to see some rack up a decent amount of rewards.
Good Product But Support is Extremely Limited

Avantages :
Ease of Software and Integration. It's not a bad program and the initial setup, they were very hands on.
Inconvénients :
Customer Support. FriendBuy is stuck in the 80's when it comes to customer support. The only way to get in contact with someone in support is emailing them (and the response is dreadfully slow) even for customers that are on their enterprise plan.
FriendBuy is actully a good software to track and manage referrals and referrals rewards
Commentaires : It has not been a bad experience at all but it could have been better.
Avantages :
It is actually very good for tracking all the referrals done by our customers and all the new customers that they referred to check eligibility for the referral rewards.
Inconvénients :
That it sometimes marks some referred customers as old customers and stops the reward from being approved automatically by the referee and will have to mark it approved manually
