I was new to my position and new to our expense reporting and accounting software so having experts guide me through the setup process was extremely helpful. > > **Inconvénients**: The only downside to the integration was that we could not integrate the payment data; however, that was not Ryvit's fault. The accounting software's payment file was locked. > > The experience was a great one. All goals and timelines were meet. To this day I still contact our Ryvit rep when our extracts have user errors that need corrections.
