> I was using another software system and I was not very happy with their services, some of their products and especially their customer service was the worse.  I conducted a thorough check and found that there are several companies that provide security services software. I looked in further and started using QR PATROL and they are by far the best in the industry.  I am extremely satisfied with 1. their services (monitoring guards, qr scans etc.) 2. their products (such as the qr stickers) and 3. their customer service.  It is very easy to use their system, I never have any problems with the qr stickers and if I have any questions their customer service department and specifically Sofia is very responsive and helpful.

Never have a call again where you can't provide a timeline of events to your client's great software easy to use and works on all platforms.

The set up is very east and Sofia and James were very helpful to answer any pre-sale questions.
