It is not available on other pages of the same customer's file. It is then difficult to find. We still have n/a showing up on our older pre-need items. I have not been able to "find" the items in our Fees area so that I can correct them. > > We are overwhelmed with how messy our data transition turned out. All of my offices are still relying on the old Burrowes system...entering in Plotbox is an afterthought. They know they have to do it, but it takes them down a rabbit hole every time trying to fix one customer leads to fixing others.
