Also it's not user friendly to set up events, and took WAY too much time and too many calls to customer service. > > WE are VERY disappointed. And after numerous problems right out of the gate, there is no partial or full refund. I've used it for PTA fundraisers in both elementary \& middle school; and convinced my employer to implement it for our annual fundraising gala at the non-profit I work for. I love the simplicity of the mobile bidding site, the ability to pull reports a variety of different ways, and the ease of use for guests. And I truly appreciate everyone at the customer service center. Unexpected issues always come up for events and they always remain calm while walking me through how to solve the issue at hand.
