The platform is open-source and is regularly updated. Can be either used hosted by its developers or installed on your local server, which allows for more customization. It has several licenses to choose from if you prefer to use it hosted. It is based on Bootstrap 3 and has a sophisticated theme editor, which needs to be used for adjusting themes according to your wishes. It has a nice Stats feature that provides a quick analysis of collected data in real-time. Although, it is mostly helpful when you use default question types without extensive modifications with JavaScript. It is available in various languages, which is useful for international surveys. > > **Inconvénients**: Even though the platform is well maintained, there are still minor bugs/issues that come up once in a while, when you start using it on a regular basis. And because it's an open-source product, it is not as extensively supported as a fully commercial product would be in this regard. Thus, it often takes some time for bugs to be fixed.
