Lots of promises and treat you like a number. Their results come with a very high cost when running ads. They provide you canned solutions and do not really understand your product. Their team goes through a high turnover and just dont get to know your company well enough to actually deliver results. A small "con" compared to all the amazing ProS. ✔ At first I saw this as a CON, but now I see it as a pro: When someone signs up for my freebie, eCourse, etc., it can take 5 to 20 minutes for the subscriber to get the 1st message from me (I'm not sure if this is still the case, but in my 5+ tests from different parts of the world, I had this experience); HOWEVER, on my Thank You page it says "Your 1st part of your eCourse/Video Course will be in your inbox, meanwhile watch this important message about your NEXT STEPS..." -- in the past I was stretching the truth, as the welcome eMail was in their inbox instantly; but now I'm actually saying the absolute truth... indeed, their message will be in their inbox in 5 to 15 mintues (sometimes longer). So for me, a Con turned Pro... but if instant delivery is crucial to you, test it first, see if this was fixed (or if it's only on my end for some reason) > > Absolutely love it. Website was nice. But everything else was badly managed. Account managers changed every 3-4 months and account managers took 3-4 weeks to revert with a text change. > > **Inconvénients**: They could not deliver. They should not charge a subscription service that promises a landing page, a ad management campaign and leads if they cannot deliver. We tried them our for 8 months, they teams took 3-4 weeks to make even one text edit on the landing page they created, then they took another 4 weeks to make the next edits. by the time 8 months was over, we had a 90% completed landing page, but still no ad campaigns going out. They asked for some time and offered us 4 months of a fully managed service and after the 4 months, even though their manager did not even set up the google ad manager, they continued to charge me for another 2 months. And then they claimed they will not refund because work was done. They did do something every month, like Month 1: change one word, Month 2: change one sentence, Month 3: change a picture. So they use this to justify they do not refund because "work was done". it has been 14 months, I have no campaign running, I have no leads. So don't waste time using them. > > Just bad and they refuse to refund anything, even though we had paid them a year plus of subscription (USD 3-400 a month) and after USD 4-5k, we have not received anything we can use. I can set up a landing page for less than USD 4k. So this is really not worth the money. We only found out about the problem by accident a few months later resulting in a loss of many sales. They should have a better system in place notifying their customers if there are some interruptions in the service. > > Overall, we are satisfied with Wishpond and use them for our 3 websites. Quite stable integrations with Shopify with detailed reporting about behaviour of your customers. Ability to segment your customers. A very good landing page builder too. They regularly offer to run the campaigns on your behalf at an extra fee, but we prefer to do everything ourselves and kindly declined their services a couple of times. This is what we recommend.
