> **Avantages**: Omono has transformed the way in which operate, the whole team has much greater visibility of what is going throughout both the sales and manufacturing processes allowing us to deliver a better service to our customers.

> **Inconvénients**: It doesn't integrate with SAGE, however in hindsight this has ended up as a blessing in disguise as Xero is fantastic.
> 
> Omono has saved us money, we no longer need on-site servers and don't need to pay for IT support. In terms of our process we have much greater visibility which helps us make better decisions, achieve greater customer satisfaction, and increased profits.
