> **Avantages**: Kira is very helpful in completing due diligence on contracts for which there is a form of agreement and for which there are numerous copies or variations of. In using the software, users are able to save a lot of time reviewing agreements. Further, Kira is great for text recognition of PDFs for which the text is unclear or grainy. These functionalities have assisted my team and I in saving a lot of time on what would otherwise be very time intensive projects.

> **Inconvénients**: Kira is less helpful when the diligence is composed of many different types of agreements, none of which are similar. In such case, though the software is easy to use, it may take the user the same amount or more time to complete the review of the agreements as the user must verify the software's review of each agreement.
> 
> Kira has helped our team save a lot of time, on large, redundant diligence projects. We always turn to the software in such situations, and would suggest the software to any team faced with such tasks.
