Our financial reports are unable to be run reliably still (2 months now) and many entries are double entry. The surveys would be nice if we can do analysis with the results as it seems too simplistic. We are currently going to stay with Google Forms as we can create charts and graphs with the information. Next challenge is having fillable forms vs just pdf for the residents to access for things like Architectural Permits, and waivers. > > I have been on both the admin side and as a resident. Dumping our management company and going to self management with PayHOA is probably the best decision the board could have made.
