> TalentOz provides a user-friendly, comprehensive talent management solution for our company. Currently we are using TalentOz to manage employee life cycle from hire to retire (except payroll). TalentOz provides regular updates to the software as a means of constantly improving the functionality. TalentOz mobile app is simple superb and made our managers life easy to manage leave, claim, time \& attendance approval on the go. We have had the system for 1 year, and are very impressed with the user friendly nature, the administrative capabilities to customize the system, and the customer service, which is top notch. Looking forward Payroll \& Succession Planning modules in 2017 as per their road map. I would strongly recommend adding TalentOz to your search list for talent management solutions.
