It would be very helpful if I could write up various announcements that I know I'll need to send out each week, and schedule them in advance to be sent out. The communication feature also does not save messages as a draft, which would also be a helpful feature. As it stands now, I write all my messages in a Word doc and then need to copy/paste and reformat in the Swimtopia messaging system each time I want to send something out. > > Overall it has been fairly easy to learn the system, with a few nuances that I needed to search for information on. But the customer service has been excellent, and the tutorials provided are great. I haven't had to search long when I need to find out how to do something new.
