With over 40 stores in Australia at the time, and likely double that number 12 months out, I had to choose the right software partner. After thoroughly testing three other solution providers, Store Locator Widgets quickly rose to the top for its design flexibility, robust admin features, and clean site integration. Like many software solutions, you don't realize how much the details matter until you get a long way into a project. On that front, I'm happy to report that no matter what we threw at them, they delivered. Ours was probably an edge case due to our complex requirements, and most users will be delighted with the software out of the box but know that Store Locator Widgets is a powerful, robust, and highly customizable solution. Most importantly - as fellow web designers know - technical support is critical, and on that front, these guys are just about the best I've experienced in my 27 years at this game. Tom, in particular, is outstanding. I'm so happy I took the time to test the major offerings.
