I couldn't even set it up properly. > > **Inconvénients**: 1. It doesn't have a trial 2. Difficult to setup. Spent 3-4 days but still couldn't setup. 3. Poor documentation and support > > I went for it as it looks to be a nice alternative to improve my code as we were facing performance issues. The demo on the site looked useful and I did the mistake of going with it. Followed the documentation available on the site but I couldn't push any data to Blackfire as mentioned. I wrote to support telling them that its not working for me. No one turned up the first day. The next day I asked them for my refund. They said that I've used the service and hence they couldn't refund the money now. This was on the 3rd day of struggling with the setup. Looks like a trap specifically with no upfront trial. Even to try you have to put your credit card in and pay atleast 159$. It is slow (takes days for them to respond even AFTER they have read your message; you can see that in their chat). They provide halve answers (if you ask 2 things they will only respond to the last item) and their responses are halve-assed bordering rude and totally useless. ----- ### "Stay away" — 1.0/5 > **Jay** | *12 juillet 2022* | Production alimentaire | Taux de recommandation : 0.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Was hoping to give it a go with our codebase but was faced with no way to try the product unless we get an expensive license. > > **Inconvénients**: Absolute lack of care by their customer service team and lack of care for sales. > > Signed up for a trial, dashboard clearly states that we would have 7 days to try/demo the software. Assigned a task to our staff to work with the platform and get the validation going. The platform just locks every visible area behind a paywall with the lowest cost plan being the $100/mo option, unless we subscribe for an annual membership.
