Many residents who are not internet savvy will not be able to utilize. This creates double the work for the Property Management Co. > > Run don't walk. This company is cut throat and awful. If it doesn't work for your company to utilize and doesn't fit to your business model they will not allow you to exit. There is NO 30 day guarantee and there is NO satisfaction guarantee. If you find you need to cancel because it is not good for your business, there is no way out. They will continue charging. Extremely expensive and if you have property management software or AppFolio they have a workflow for maintenance that actually works perfectly and that is part of their program with no additional fees. You do not need this "service".
