When I've asked for a feature to be modified or adjusted, they have made it happen immediately if possible, put it in their queue for the next update, or talked me through how to work around it. They respond almost immediately to questions and are eager to fix any issues that come up. The EHR is super easy to use--my clinicians love it. We finish our notes in minutes, and billing is done instantaneously. It's at a very reasonable price point, and they are always improving. > > **Inconvénients**: They don't yet have a client portal, but it's coming VERY soon (I believe it's in Beta testing right now). It also doesn't yet have a really nice "clinic view" format for a practice with many clinicians. > > BreezyNotes is a relatively simple platform for an EHR. I honestly wish I had signed up sooner\! The EHR is easy to use. It is a friendly platform for therapists, and the billing service makes it even more straightforward. In 5 minutes I can write a note, sign and submit it for billing. The customer service is attentive, responsive and simply the best I have ever experienced. They added a feature I had asked for (adding fields for names other than legal name and for pronouns) and they were not only helpful, they got it done within a half hour. I always feel like I am dealing with people, rather than a large company, and that they care about my practice. They are always patient with my questions and have gone above and beyond while I transitioned from a larger system to private practice. I simply cannot recommend them highly enough. Somewhat difficult to learn and implement on the provider side. > > **Inconvénients**: Not very easy to learn, does not back-up data, no options for transcribing notes or verbally entering data, no patient reminder - not fully set-up, patient portal is not functional for use yet, system is not auto - integrated so much material and entering has to be done manually, versus auto generated. Treatment Plan does not have pre-populated choices, and evidence based goals and strategies have to be completely written by therapist without any optional selections, or pre-populated fields/choices. > > Just beginning to use this EHR System. It is a fairly easy system for Progress Notes and Calendar, but the Patient Portal and Patient Reminder options are not functional and remain in the IT development phase. Entering information is only somewhat integrated, and much has to be entered manually versus automatically generated. Billing is a bit complicated, especially in terms of set-up and follow-through. Customer support is very good and often personally answered by the owner. System does not automatically back-up data, as it is entered and/or written.
