We are an all-volunteer organization, so this is a fabulous addition to make our conference professional and relevant to attendees. It is so much easier to manage than using a free platform like Band, as we have tried in the past.

> **Inconvénients**: Pricing structure - it would be nice if there were a discount for a 2nd or 3rd app on this platform.  We are using the app for our annual symposium, but since that is only once per year, we are using the app the rest of the year to manage our club events.  If there were a discount on a second app, we might consider splitting it into two separate apps rather than reconfiguring it once each year.
