We have used their multiple services such as Promotional and Transactional SMS, Toll-free, IVR, Missed Call and Voice Broadcasting Services. The services are very economical compared to their rivals. Also, the panels, functions and designs are very much easy to use, manage and maintain. The services are very much reliable and are up most of the time. Their customer support and BDM executives are very cooperative and helpful whenever we face issues. > > **Inconvénients**: 1. Their minimum plans for IVR and Toll-Free are for 3 months, no one-month plans are available. 2. Their services are down sometimes. We have faced issues with the IVR number, which according to them were due to telecom operators who managing the back end of those services. This has affected some of our premium services unexpectedly for small periods of time. There support team were also clueless at times. 3. The reseller panel lacks features of their main panel.
