The POS is simple and clean and easy to use but the Batch Invoicing and Membership Database was the stand out for me and my business presently. It makes membership management simple and easy and invites the member to edit their own data as required. > > **Inconvénients**: Any features that I believe are missing or could be improved has been taken on board and implemented. At present the only con I have come across is the invoice number appearing on the freight label/sticker rather than the type of pack (i.e. Red, Mixed, White) which would allow for less mistakes while labelling packs. > > Our members pack run has been the smoothest in years and great around the clock support from the entire 360 Winery team fills me with confidence. Coming from a system where our support team was based in Australia I was hesitant about support from overseas however it has surprised me with how thorough, clear and helpful the entire team have been.
