> **Avantages**: User friendly system.  Various reports.  Excellent help and response when calling for tech support.  If tech support doesn’t know the answer, the team will do further research and respond on a timely fashion.

> **Inconvénients**: Initially the training was overwhelming when we first got the system… this was very new to the Management Team.  And not having a system to work with during training made it challenging to under the system and process.  It made all sense when we received the equipment and getting it up and going.
> 
> It has been a very positive experience with Rapid Garden POS.  Retail Staff has no issues or problems working the system.  Easy checking out customers.  Easy creating orders… I feel there is more that the system can do for us that we have not attempted to try.  So, we continue to learn… which is positive.

> **Avantages**: Easy to learn and use for sales associates and cashiers.  The touchscreens make looks-ups and repetitious sales quick.

> **Inconvénients**: I don't know if Counterpoint is improving itself.&#10;Updates cause problems EVERY time including printing, slow use, non optimal default settings reappearing . New hardware (terminals, printers)  do not work as well as like the old ones, so we're constantly fixing repeating problems. all printers do not print the same - its like the template was rewritten for the new generation without consulting the old.&#10;ALSO: The Ingenico chip readers are a disaster - slow, expensive and not user friendly.  When a card is inserted before the transaction is entered completely, the system freezes.  Customers are used to inserting at any time, but ingenico wont allow it.  Then there are poor user prompts on the customer side and no matching prompts to let my cashiers know what needs to be done.&#10;ALSO PART 2: We were sold on a system that produces reports, but there is no easy way to find the reports that are available. Then it seems that our vendor often has to learn them themselves and then send it on to us.  A list of  important reports or a how to would be helpful.&#10;AA PART 3: Seemingly constant (weekly if not daily) Replication problems create distrust in our numbers

> Easy for cashiers to learn.   We have customer histories now, and  know what customers bought previously. Prices are  constant.  Net accounts easily tracked. Inventory is better tracked, but not exact.

> **Inconvénients**: RapidPOS is more focused on "solving" problems than preventing them. Forward looking suggestions and enhancements could be improved.

> Overall good marks. We have been a client for nearly 20 years and they now know us and we know them. We still have an open line to the top tier at Rapid. Although we seldom use it, it is comforting.&#10;They have significant talent. Of course, at their heart they are programmers, developers, and technicians. They are not end users of the product and need to keep focus and add more focus on the user experience.

> **Inconvénients**: There are sometimes things that are not as easy to use as we would like.  Also it sometimes "forgets" changes we have made, or has other issues that have to be dealt with.  I We have not been happy overall with our vendor's handling of the issues or knowledge, although they have solved the issues.  There have been issues we should not have had, and/or that they should have been better equipped to solve.
