> **Inconvénients**: I bought this as part of AppSumo deal. For over a year it was working fine, with some issues (e.g. for a few days it wasn't working at all). The customer support was responding slowly but eventually the issues were fixed. Since Twitter changed the API policy and Jooicer switched to manual actions it's no longer that useful service. I haven't seen any changes for months, and sometimes the service still has downtimes. I don't think they will invest more in the product.

> **Avantages**: Purchased through an AppSumo deal, so the price was right\! Seemed to work decently, besides all of the account disconnects and the slow-to-non-existent tech support. Dashboard was well laid out. Unlimited scheduling of Tweets, but many other pieces of software allow this, and I use some of those for that purpose (instead of Jooicer). Auto-unfollow saves some time, and is much appreciated.

> **Inconvénients**: During the first few months of using it there were periods where I had to keep going in over and over to re-connect my Twitter accounts, as they kept getting invalidated (even when I switched to a static API token).&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;I would never get e-mails about the disconnect -- sometimes I would just log in and they'd be disconnected, and the software would be turned off until I reconnected my account(s).&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Support took forever to get back to me (via their in-window chat app), or never got back to me at all about all of the account disconnects.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;Nowadays they make you do the Twitter account growth (follows/likes) manually, which removes a lot of the value of their service IMO (because of Twitter changing their rules). They create an automated Twitter list with people to follow, or posts to like, and you have to go into Twitter and do it yourself. Helps of course that it is laid out for you, but was (of course) better in the past.

> **Avantages**: I actually like the lists Jooicer curates more than it's more flag waving follow features. In less than six months it has quickly and quietly amassed more than five lists of around 5,000 relevant twitter users. I didn't even realise it was working this quickly and so am still catching up with the massive number on the lists. I took time at first following the people on the lists carefully until I realised that the key words have done a great job and 99% are very relevant to me. Another bonus is that there each list generates its own list of followers that I can then follow. End result is a massive increase in my followed list and all appropriate.

> **Avantages**: I love the set-it-and-forget-it element.&#13;&#10;I also love that it manages your usage so it doesn't trigger twitter's ban hammer. It looks at your numbers, and puts a ceiling on how many automated actions it will do per day to stay under the radar.

> **Inconvénients**: I originally invested in this because I needed a schedule tweet system. Their schedule tweet function is very bare bones, and everything has to be done manually. Hootsuite lets me upload a CSV.
> 
> After a few minutes to set up, I then played around with the modules available. I turned on a few of the recommended ones, and let it handle the rest. A week later, I increased my followers by 20. A full month later, I'm gaining pretty decent uptick in followers.&#13;&#10;&#13;&#10;But follower counts isn't that interesting. The more valuable came from how many opt-ins I got to my mailing list thanks to my pinned post. I'm averaging about 5-10 new opt-ins per week, all from all of the automated engagement.  Totally worth the asking price\!
