When I download the report, it only shows the total tracked hours without separating the hours before break, break time, and payable hours after break. This makes payroll processing less efficient because I need to download a separate report just to view break details. It becomes even more challenging if employees forget to use the break option, as unpaid breaks must be manually identified and deducted. Also, sometimes the tracker shows random gaps of 1 or 2 minutes even when we are actively working. These small gaps add up and make it difficult to ensure accuracy when calculating hours for payroll. > > My overall experience with WebWork Time Tracker was mixed. I appreciated the organized dashboard and the ability to track working hours clearly. It helped maintain transparency and accountability across the team. However, there were also several limitations. The break hours were not included in the main report, which made payroll processing more time-consuming and required downloading separate reports. Additionally, if employees forgot to log their breaks, it became difficult to identify unpaid time accurately.
