From a parents perspective we cannot see how they see the app and upload images too Also sometimes it gets stuck and takes time to redo. It is once you have had the training easy to use, does all our staff ratios, grant allocation and invoicing. The parentzone zone and I connect is easy for the practitioner to use, with parent partnership and two way communication playing a major part in our day to day activities. The management reports and widgits provide clear concise information. We have looked at other systems and nothing comes close. > > **Inconvénients**: The price\! - it is not the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. The software team are there to answer and question you might have and can log in and sort it for you if your struggling. There is always going to be cheaper options but its like buying a cheap car and a Rolls oyce the money you save in time far out ways the cost > > The service we receive is second to none - they follow up on every cal to ensure that any issues have been dealt with we have reduced our staffing costs due to their staff ratio module and are able to move staff to other settings to fill any gaps. Also advice when setting up the system would have been appreciated as some things are difficult to change once the system has been set up. > > Using Connect has helped us to reduce our debt as it gives you much more control and the information is straight at hand. It has improved communication with parents/customers and as the system is easy to use for observations and assessments, it means that my staff have more time to spend with the children rather than doing paperwork. The support is fantastic as any issues are addressed immediately. Also customers pay via an app so makes it easier for customers to pay.
