Invoices \& proration can be hard to understand (pay-as-you-go across add-ons). > > I used Cloudways for roughly one month to host my business site. During that period I saw no meaningful improvement in page speed or server response compared to my previous host. Because the service didn’t meet expectations, I cancelled the server after the first month. Despite cancelling, I continued to receive charges on my card. I reached out to support multiple times, provided dates and screenshots, and requested a refund for the period after cancellation. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved and I kept getting billed. For me, the combination of underwhelming performance, confusing billing, and slow resolution from support resulted in a bad overall experience. I’ve since switched to another provider, and the problems have stopped. Based on my experience, I can’t recommend Cloudways.
