Retently vous aide à mesurer efficacement la satisfaction des clients, à recueillir des avis et commentaires clients exploitables, à prévenir les pertes de clientèle et à transformer les détracteurs en partisans de marque.

Retently envoie à vos clients une enquête de satisfaction composée d'une seule question. Les clients peuvent alors attribuer une note à votre entreprise et fournir des commentaires supplémentaires. Votre Net Promoter Score est ensuite calculé en fonction des réponses de l'enquête.

Retently is a great NPS feedback tool

Commentaires : Great.
Easy to setup.
Prompt support. Support team willing to make changes and enhancements to the platform and take on feedback.

Avantages :

I like its simplicity. Its easy to setup and understand what's going on. We moved from Ask Nicely to Retently and the improvement is significant.

Inconvénients :

None really...would be nice if it had native SMS reviews.

Avantages :

The product was very easy to set up and transition from other vendors. With in a day I had imported all our data and was ready to send out a campaign. Very easy to use.

Inconvénients :

There's not much I don't like about this software. There are additional features I would like to see but they are already on the developer's road map. The only real feature I feel needs to be priortised is being able to one one contact across multiple campaigns (think surveys) with rules to prevent multiple surveys being sent. For example, if I have an NPS, CES and CSAT Campaign that all have similar triggers, a customer could receive all 3 surveys. The team are very responsive though and working to make this a platform businesses of all sizes can rely on. Very happy we made the switch.

Product is okay. But Service is terrible. Not recommended

Commentaires : I would not recommend this simply because we have lost lot of time exploring this software

Avantages :

As a startup doing feedback management for the first time, we compared many software and found Renetly suited to our needs. It's simple and easy to execute. Does the job well based on the trials we took

Inconvénients :

Well since we were exploring such software for the first time we tried multiple attempts using the free trial ( which I didn't think was wrong), to make sure this was right for us and then took some time to finalize. However, once we expressed the intention to purchase, we were informed that they would not provide us the service stating we used too many trials ( I mean the trial is for exploring the platform right! we never sent any campaign through that), and no specific reason was given. Despite requesting reconsideration and being ready to pay USD 300 for the plan, the team stopped responding to us. We wasted 3 weeks exploring this software I am amazed to see such arrogance in today's day and time.

Hello, Retently offers a subscription-based service with a 7-day trial, extendable once. Since November, you've created six trial accounts using different domains. During your trials, we reached out over 15 times for onboarding support, but these attempts were unanswered. We also conducted one demo and one setup call to assist you further. We shared comprehensive resources in the call and follow-up. Despite this, you have initiated subsequent support requests on the exact topics already provided during both calls and the follow-up resources. It's essential to understand that the plan you sought, the Basic plan, is self-service. While we provide resources and support, it's designed for those comfortable managing their accounts independently. We concluded that our services might not align with your needs and recommended platforms that might be a better fit, including those offering free plans. Thank you for considering Retently, and we wish you success in finding a suitable service.

Great support

Avantages :

Very easy to use, intuitive. What I find the most valuable is a great customer support. They are always there for you, ready to support you with their advice or correcting your errors, checking imported data. Proactive, customer-focused approach.

Inconvénients :

The only thing I can complain about is the very limited number of campaigns (10) in the basic plan, but still price to value is reasonable. It would be great to have a limited number of active campaigns , not the historical campaigns, which you have to remove when reaching the limit.

Great feedback and survey tool !

Commentaires : The team was really reactive when I needed help in the set up. But they also came up with new feature really quickly when I wanted to configure something that didn't exist in the tool !

Avantages :

The setup was really simple and Retently integrates all the feature we were looking at for a feedback tool. Retently is really well integrated with our other tools. The language analysis is really good as well to categorize and analyze collected feedbacks !

Inconvénients :

I don't have much to say here. Maybe just a slicker UX in the reporting tools
