One of the biggest advantages is how easy it is to copy and paste previous entries—it saves a lot of time on entering similar repetitive expenses. I also appreciate the ability to set up recurring monthly payments, bills, and expenses, which simplifies my workflow significantly. There’s also a good amount of customization options. > > **Inconvénients**: the software does feel a bit dated. The version we’re using looks and operates like something from the early 2000s, which can make it feel clunky compared to newer software. Despite this, I like QuickBooks overall—it’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done in a straightforward way. ----- ### "Does everything it's supposed to and does it well." — 5.0/5 > **Nigel** | *8 janvier 2025* | Transport routier/ferroviaire | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I love how user friendly it is, been using it at home for years, great at the office now too\!\! > > **Inconvénients**: Nothing really, can't complain.it suits all our needs. > > We have over 40k clients that use a purse acct. for bookings with us, that's a lot to keep track of. Quicken makes that as easy as it possibly can be. ----- ### "Quicken- name says it all\!" — 5.0/5 > **Miriam** | *17 janvier 2025* | Comptabilité | Taux de recommandation : 9.0/10 > > **Avantages**: Quicken makes it easy and quick to compare billing options > > **Inconvénients**: Wish there was a free version or extended trial ----- ### "Cost effective accounting for non accounting people" — 5.0/5 > **Nathan** | *2 avril 2026* | Services aux consommateurs | Taux de recommandation : 10.0/10 > > **Avantages**: I used quicken to track my expenses and income to do my own taxes. It eliminated mistakes and saved me money. > > **Inconvénients**: Allows you to track expenses and income and then do your own taxes which is cost effective for small business owners. > > It was very easy to use for people who do t understand accounting and bookkeeping. It was inexpensive for the features. ----- ### "All the columns add up in Quicken for your needs\!" — 5.0/5 > **Rosanne** | *26 mai 2026* | Santé, bien-être et fitness | Taux de recommandation : 8.0/10 > > **Avantages**: What I enjoy most about Quicken is its depth of services and resources. It's a wonderful program for small businesses to use, and there is little training needed to manage your invoices, view reports, especially for tax purposes and payment processing. It's a very comprehensive program for the value that you pay and is a great investment whether you work with an independent accountant, or reply on customer support to help guide you overt the bumps. > > **Inconvénients**: While it is a great program, one does have to balance its price with your day-to-day operations. That can feel prohibited for a small business just starting. That is probably the most obvious reasons for hesitation to use this program. > > We really enjoyed working with Quicken. But there were times when it felt very overwhelming for the size of our business. But you can''t be too organized when working with your own finances and Quicken comes through for us every time\! | Langue | URL | | de | | | de-AT | | | de-CH | | | en | | | en-AE | | | en-AU | | | en-CA | | | en-GB | | | en-IE | | | en-IL | | | en-IN | | | en-NZ | | | en-SG | | | en-ZA | | | es | | | es-AR | | | es-CL | | | es-CO | | | es-CR | | | es-DO | | | es-EC | | | es-MX | | | es-PA | | | es-PE | | | fr | | | fr-BE | | | fr-CA | | | fr-LU | | | it | | | nl | | | nl-BE | | | pt | | | pt-PT | | ----- ## Données structurées
