This avoids the needs for constant work arounds or substitutions. Also, the reporting features are thorough, accurate and user friendly. These help accounting, forecasting, night audit... all get the information they need. The online component has been a huge plus to our business as well. > > **Inconvénients**: It is a very hefty program and at times I feel we are not maximizing its benefits fully. The update conditions should have been verified by SpringMiller prior to advance payment and not at the time of the update. the support timezone also makes communications difficult. > > We have been using the software for about 9 years. (October-2010/January-2020) In the version we were using (last update 2014) it had the functions at the time, however these days it was very outdated and it was not possible to complete the update. The program is also not suitable for dealing with Portuguese laws.
