I wish they had free (or lower cost) observer users - there are many cases where we'd like a larger group of users to have access to certain labels (to occasionally lookup something) but can't justify the cost of a license for all those occasionally users. The mobile app is solid for day-to-day use but falls short of the desktop version when you need the full feature set. > > It's become the default for team email, which says enough. Duplicate replies were a recurring headache before and that problem is essentially gone. There was an adjustment period getting everyone up to speed, but once it clicked it became part of the routine without much friction.
