When queried, they will point to a hidden Terms and conditions, mentioning that points will expire within a certain amount of days. They won't refund. It's all gone.

> When you try to scam people, it's not funny.

> **Inconvénients**: If we don't redeem the reward points on time then the system will spam us with email to redeem the points.

> My experience with the software has been great so far. I like how open and transparent it is in both recognizing and giving rewards to employees . It's leaderboard feature is something that really motivates employees to work even harder, But the best thing about it is the variety of gift cards available to redeem points.
