> **Inconvénients**: The current platform experience for Canadian customers feels like an afterthought, characterized by significant operational gaps and system instability. We are currently hindered by the lack of Canadian financing options like Acorn and an unsustainable $1,500 transaction limit on CardConnect that fails to accommodate our $5,000+ invoices. Furthermore, the permission settings are far too restrictive, lacking the granularity to allow Team Managers to create forms, while the Operator AI has proven less accurate than advertised. Most critically, the Engage tool feels unstable and limited; the inability to forward calls to multiple people is a major bottleneck for our workflow. If this is intended to be a long-term solution alongside FieldPulse, these regional limitations and functional stability issues need to be addressed immediately.

Support is quick to respond and look for proactive solutions to issues. They are always looking for ways to build their platform and take suggestions seriously to add improvements to features. They have many options to help with productivity and streamline for performance.

> **Inconvénients**: Occasionally, there is an issue we come into where Field Pulse does not have a feature that we would like or doesn't function in the same way we have become accustomed to with our old software. We sometimes need to find a work around for this and hope one day the feature suggestion will turn into a reality.

> Field Pulse support is helpful, sincere and on their game. They keep up with communication and updates. It is a huge learning experience to take on a brand-new software after 25 years with our old one. Trying to test everything out, find out how it functions. Knowing we have so much support in our corner has eased a lot of the pressure. We hope to be able to watch as Field Pulse continues to grow and evolve\!

> **Avantages**: It's a detailed program but easy to use and understand. The customer service is amazing and always quick with a response. When I have an issue they don't quite know how to fix they forward it to their engineering department and are always giving updates. They also have extensive training videos on the program which come in hand

> **Inconvénients**: The app doesn't match the website. Only on the website can you add tax to invoices, change discount from dollar to percentage amount. These are issues I have brought up with fieldpulse and they are working on fixing it which is amazing
