> **Avantages**: Once the setup was completed. the ease at which we can upload pay hours and gather reports was amazing and most workers have adjusted to it quite well.

> **Inconvénients**: Equipment tracking is currently the worst feature. you can only add equipment by hours. you can' separate it into different segments. and when you are working on and off a project each time you move the equipment it creates an entry and make it really hard to track/ has too many entires.

> The start was slow as we kept running into compatibility issues. Once connected it was a very fast transition. Team was super helpfull in trying to get the program installed and ready.

support is great and helpful with looking into upgrades and requests for improvements is welcome.

> **Inconvénients**: The learning curve for certain personnel onsite is difficult and slow to accept.
Some modules need overhauls to make more user friendly and some features added are needed like date stamps on task completion.

> Overall we are happy with Raken and will continue to use it for the foreseeable future.
