> I've hired candidates successfully using Zwayam. For a small team and a small business, hiring HR agencies is an expensive affair. Other portals like Naukri and Monster offer similar services but again at a premium cost and no assurance of relevant profiles. Zwayam literally shows me the relevance of the application in terms of % and that definitely helps me stick to the platform.
